Ring Pendants (PE1812)

These ring pendants are all made from natural wood and are comfortingly warm and tactile, inviting you to hold and touch them.

Pendants #1 - #5 are all smooth and plain - perfect for showing off the natural colours and markings within the wood.

Pendants #1 and #2 are made from windfallen burr birch wood which was carefully gathered from a beautiful holloway, a lane walked by people dating back into the mists of time (read more here).

Pendants #3 - #5 are made from rowan wood, traditionally considered to be a tree of protection.

Pendants #6 - #8 are all Faery Ring Pendants and have a plug of each of the three Faery woods added to the front: oak, ash and hawthorn. The back of #7 has Old Norse runic script saying "Til verja", meaning to protect, whereas the backs of #6 and #8 are left smooth and plain.

Pendants #6 and #7 are made from rowan wood, traditionally considered to be a tree of protection.

Pendant #8 is made from the root of a windfallen yew tree which dates back to the Saxon age, and grew upon an ancient boundary line.
