Delivery Information

Made-to-Order or Custom Items
For made-to-order or custom pieces, we’ll provide an estimated timescale at the time of ordering (usually anywhere from 4–8 weeks, though sometimes quicker). Since every item is individually handcrafted, these estimates can occasionally shift slightly. If there’s a significant change, we’ll let you know.

Stock Items
Stock items are typically dispatched once per week, but sometimes more frequently. If you need an item urgently or by a specific date, please email enquiries@spiritofold.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


How Will My Item Be Sent?
Packages are shipped by Royal Mail. In exceptional circumstances, this may change, but such cases are highly unusual, and customers will be informed if this occurs. All parcels include tracking and insurance, and some may require a signature upon delivery.


Expedited Shipping Options
If you’re in the UK and need faster shipping, we can arrange Special Delivery for a more precise delivery date. Please email us to discuss options.

For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs charges or import regulations in their country.


Postage Costs for Multi-Item Orders
Shipping costs for multiple items, particularly international orders, can vary. We’re happy to provide an accurate postage quote when items are weighed and measured together.
