Yule Moon Goddess (AP035)
This beautiful Goddess, lovingly crafted on the recent Winter Solstice, is made from ancient wood. She is carved into a stunning figurine with a full moon above her head from bog oak sourced from the Somerset Levels near Glastonbury, the legendary Isle of Avalon. The wood is around 3,200 years old, dating back to the Iron Age. It is a deep, rich colour, with delicate lighter streaks that tell its story.
The Goddess is filled with our protective herb blend, which includes herbs gathered with respect from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge in southern Britain.
Infused with the energies of this potent ancient blend, the piece will make a meaningful addition to your altar, sacred space, or simply placed next to your bed, where its presence can offer comfort and protection.
The herbs are permanently sealed inside with a plug of Winter Solstice-gathered blackthorn wood, adding a seasonal touch of magick.
On the base of the Goddess, protective runes are carved and these are visible in the last photo.
This figurine is free-standing on a flat surface. It's wonderfully tactile, with a warm and inviting feel, making it perfect for holding during sleep or meditation.
A truly special piece, crafted with the deep, timeless spirit of Celtic tradition.
