Stonehenge Sunwheel Pendant (PE1885)

This sunwheel pendant has been newly created to honour a timeless symbol. The sunwheel, an ancient emblem of life and vitality, has been lovingly crafted to celebrate the return of the sun’s warmth and light.

The pendant is made from warm-toned hawthorn wood, respectfully gathered from the land near Stonehenge in southern Britain. Hawthorn is steeped in tradition and is closely associated with love, making it a meaningful material for this piece.

The back of the pendant features Saxon runic script, from the Old English meaning "Winter-born." This reflects its creation during the depths of winter and would also make it a fitting choice for those born in the winter months. The runes can be seen in the final photo.

Supplied with a cotton cord, the pendant offers a simple tie closure and adjustable length to suit your preference.
