Small Yew Kindred Tree Spirit (KS024)

This smaller, naturally shaped Kindred Tree Spirit figure has been created from windfallen yew from the root of an ancient tree. The piece contains wonderful shapes and a range of beautifully rich and varied colours and markings.

The figure is incredibly tactile, so feels good to hold during meditation or for ritual use. It is filled with dried mugwort and betony, soothing herbs from folklore which are traditionally considered to aid protection and dispel negativity.

The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of hazel wood which was respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the ancient, sacred site of Stonehenge in southern Britain. A herb-filled medicine bag, and/or bindrune for protection can be added if wished(free of charge). If you would like this, please add this request in the message box during checkout.
