Ostara-Born Ancestral Spirit Amulet (AS005)

This wonderfully tactile Ancestral Spirit amulet has been newly carved from windfallen ancient oak wood which was carefully gathered from a beautiful holloway, a lane walked by people dating back into the mists of time (read more here). The wood is a beautifully warm colour and feels full of positive energies. It was created on the Spring Equinox, also known as Ostara.

There is a sense that the piece almost invites being held, making it perfectly suited for holding during meditation or sleep. Alternatively, it's just the right size for slipping into a pocket and holding in the hand whilst walking.

The Ancestral Spirit amulets are larger, chunkier and a little heavier than our pendants, making them particularly suited to ritual wear or as a statement piece. If you'd like to use them for everyday wear, please double-check you're happy with the size.

The amulet is filled with our Druid's herb blend which includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge. The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of mistletoe, traditionally considered to be a sacred plant of the Druids.

The back has a bindrune for protection added, and this can be seen in the last photo.
