Large Bog Oak Protection Figure (PF004)

This large and simply shaped figure is newly created from naturally preserved ancient East Anglian bog oak which is around 2,300 years old, dating back to the Iron Age. It is free-standing on a flat surface, and has garnet eyes.

The figure is incredibly tactile, so feels good to hold during meditation or for ritual use. The figure is also free-standing so can be placed upon a surface in your home or near your bed.

The figure is filled with a protective herb blend which is permanently sealed inside with a plug of blackthorn. The second and fourth photos show the natural surface of the back which gives a wonderful sense of the incredible age of the wood.
