Iceni Faery Ring Pendants (PE1514)

These Faery Ring necklaces are each newly crafted from a ring of ancient bog oak which is wonderfully tactile to hold. The front of each pendant contains three plugs of wood which are traditionally considered to be the Faery woods: oak, ash and hawthorn. A plug of mistletoe is added to the edge to indicate oak, then ash and hawthorn follow in a clockwise manner.

The wood is beautifully dark bog oak from the Celtic tribal lands of Britain once walked by the Iceni queen, Boudica. It's around 2,300 years old, dating back to the time of the Iron Age. The pieces feel full of positive energies and they are supplied with cord or leather thong - if you have a preference, please add a note in the message box during checkout.
