Iceni Bog Oak Ring (RN004)

This smooth, tactile wood ring is newly carved from dark bog oak from the Celtic tribal lands of Britain once walked by the Iceni queen, Boudica. It's around 2,300 years old, dating back to the time of the Iron Age.

The piece is wonderfully glossy and deep in colour, showing the character of the wood. The ring itself is wonderfully warm, chunky, and intended as a ceremonial or ritual statement item to wear.
