Fenland Raven Moon Pendant (PE1769)

This pendant was created on the recent Spring Equinox, and is carved into a detailed Raven Moon. Ravens have strong associations with the Celtic God Bran who has both underworld and solar connections and they also have further links with water and prophecy.

The wood is Fenland bog oak from East Anglia which is around 2,300 years old, dating back to the time of the Iron Age. It is beautifully rich and dark in colour, with a few lighter streaks, and feels full of positive energies.
