Antler and red ochre pendants (PE1396)

A simple, earthy combination. These pendants are crafted from Wessex red deer antler tips* and a handmade mistletoe bead. On five of the pendants, the antler is carved with a bindrune for protection and, on the final pendant, it is carved with a spiral, an ancient symbol of life and life-force. The designs are highlighted with French red ochre.

*Red deer naturally cast, and then re-grow, their antlers each year.

Pendant sizes (not including beads) range from approximately 4.5cm/1.75 inches long (pendant #1) to 6.5cm/2.5 inch (pendant #4)
