Stonehenge Holly Moon Pendants (PE1832)

£60.00 GBP - £80.00 GBP Sold Out
Please select your preference from the drop down box below. Numbers refer to the last photo.

These smooth, tactile moon pendants are all newly carved from windfallen holly which was carefully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge.

The pendants are all filled with dried Stonehenge mugwort and fly agaric which is sealed inside with a plug of ivy.

Mugwort has been used for millennia to to aid clairvoyance, lucid dreaming and astral projection. Our ancestors drank tea made from the leaves and it has also been used in incenses or smoked to induce visions. In times past it was considered to act as a protective charm, warding off evil.

Fly agaric is a famous fungi known from mythology and fairy tales, and is considered to have strong associations with witchcraft and the Fae.

If you have a preference between cotton cord or leather thonging please add a note in the message box during checkout (or you can simply email [email protected] afterwards).

Pendant size: 3.25 - 5 cm/ 1.5 - Just under 2 inches across (approx.)
Our larger pendants may be more suited to ritual wear than for every day, though it's up to personal preference of course. For the best idea of scale please see the second-to-last photo showing pendants #1 and #2 against a woman's average-sized hand.
