Saxon Yew Spell Box (TH092)
This unusual box is newly handcrafted from yew wood which has the beautifully textured bark left intact. The windfallen wood is from a tree which tree dates back to around a thousand years ago, the time of the Saxon Age, and feels full of positive energies.
The box is finished with a bog oak lid. The bog oak is from the Glastonbury area of southern Britain, the fabled Isle of Avalon. This beautifully rich-toned wood feels full of positive energies and is dated to the British Iron Age, around 2,300 years ago.
This reusable box can be supplied filled with blackthorns if wished and is also suitable for keeping dried herbs or other small spell items. Blackthorns are traditionally used in many types of magick and spells but can be difficult to source. If you would like some included with your box, please add a note in the message box during checkout.
