Larger Mistletoe Crow Amulet (DAM535)

This dream amulet is carved into a detailed crow amulet. Crows are considered to be birds of prophecy and visions. Like the shaman, they are said to look with one eye into the conscious world and with one eye into the inner world and see beneath the surface.

The crow is carved from locally gathered mistletoe which was considered to be sacred to the Druids. Mistletoe was once known as "Druad-las" meaning "the Druid's plant" and traditionally was cut from the sacred oak at midwinter.

The crow's primary purpose is for hanging near the bed for a dream charm or in a special corner to encourage positive energies into your home. The amulet is adorned with a Hampshire hazelnut with a spiral added, an ancient symbol of life and lifeforce. A medicine bag containing a soothing blend of dried mugwort and betony, an acorn, and raven feathers complete the amulet.

The Crow is filled with our Druid's herb blend and includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge. The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of ancient Irish bog yew.
