Large Avalonian Dark Moon Pendant (PE1503)

This smooth and beautifully grained pendant is carved into a dark moon, a time associated with looking inward, hidden depths, divination and scrying. The wood is bog oak, from the area of the Somerset Levels near Glastonbury, the fabled Isle of Avalon. It is approximately 2,300 years old, dating back to the Iron Age, and is a beautifully deep, rich colour. The pendant is larger than most of our Dark Moon pendants with a tactile, chunky feel to it.

It is filled with our Druid's herb blend and includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge.

The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of blackthorn, traditionally considered to be a plant of magick and secrets.

The pendant feels full of positive energies and is supplied with cord or leather thong - if you have a preference, please add a note in the message box during checkout.
