Iceni Raven Amulet (DAM556)

This dream amulet is newly carved from ancient bog oak into a detailed Raven's head. Ravens have strong associations with the Celtic God Bran who has both underworld and solar connections and they also have further links with water and prophecy.

The wood is beautifully dark bog oak from the Celtic tribal lands of Britain once walked by the Iceni queen, Boudica. It's around 2,300 years old, dating back to the time of the Iron Age.

The raven's primary purpose is for hanging near the bed for a dream charm or in a special corner to encourage positive energies into your home. The amulet is adorned with a piece of quartz crystal, an animal bone, a hawthorn, and a Hampshire hazelnut with a spiral added, an ancient symbol of life and lifeforce. Raven feathers complete the amulet, along with a herb-filled medicine bag.

The bag and the raven itself, are both filled with our Druid's herb blend which includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge. They are sealed inside the raven with a plug of mistletoe.
