Iceni Faery Ring Pendant (PE1658)

This Faery Ring necklace has been newly crafted from a ring of ancient bog oak. The front of the pendant contains three plugs of wood which are traditionally considered to be the Faery woods: oak, ash and hawthorn. The back has Old Norse runic script saying "Til verja", meaning to protect.

The wood is beautifully dark bog oak from the Celtic tribal lands of Britain once walked by the Iceni queen, Boudica. It's around 2,300 years old, dating back to the time of the Iron Age. The piece feels full of positive energies and is supplied with cord or leather thong - if you have a preference, please add a note in the message box during checkout.
