Ica Celtic Goddess Figurine (AP025)

£80.00 GBP Past item

This Goddess is newly crafted, inspired by the Celtic mythology of our area.

This figurine is carved from blackthorn wood into a beautiful Goddess. She holds a full moon above her to connect with intuition and the magickal realms.

The wood was gathered with respect from an ancient spring in southern Britain, held sacred for millennia and with links to the Old Ways and associations with fertility. The spring is one of the sources of the River Itchen whose name has connections with a pre-Roman Goddess, Ica. Very little written information exists about her today, but Ica is a Goddess truly of the ancient land in this area and there is still a strong sense of her at the spring. Real magick, old magick is still to be found in the energies of this place.

The figurine is free-standing on a flat surface and is wonderfully tactile - perfect for holding during meditation. Some of the natural bark has been left intact giving a wonderful contrast of colour and the piece feels full of positive and protective energies. The back of the figure can be seen in the last photo.

The Goddess is filled with our Druid's herb blend which includes herbs respectfully gathered from the land surrounding the sacred site of Stonehenge. The herbs are sealed inside with a plug of ancient Avalonian bog oak.

This piece is infused with the energies of this potent ancient herb blend from inside and will make an excellent addition to your altar or sacred space.

A wonderfully special piece made with real Celtic soul.
